🎨 How BKROG Skyrocketed Its Stats in 8 Months Thanks to an Unconventional Creative Strategy

At the start of the year, BKROG set itself a challenge: never leave its audience indifferent.The goal? Go beyond the traditional boundaries of sports communication and constantly surprise users.
To achieve this, we relied on a strategy that was simple on paper… but ambitious in execution: create a multitude of visual designs (DAs) blending all artistic genres to announce our tournament.
🔹 Step 1 – The Creative Vision To bring this idea to life, we called on Théo Caron, founder of the NORAD agency and art director for the project.
“My inspiration comes from a variety of worlds: street art, 3D modeling, illustration, and even minimalist design. The idea was to break away from the usual sports visuals and give each announcement a unique graphic treatment.We wanted every post to be a visual surprise, almost like the user was discovering a new exhibition with each publication.” — Théo Caron
The visuals evolved over the months, shifting between explosions of color, futuristic compositions, and minimalist layouts.This visual diversity helped avoid audience fatigue and created anticipation among our followers.
🔹 Step 2 – The Strategy on X (Twitter)Alongside this artistic work, our approach on X followed clear guidelines:
Post frequently to stay in users’ feeds
Vary formats (images, threads, replies, event announcements)
Leverage the “wow” effect of visuals to encourage shares

Visual disruption every post was unique, making it hard to scroll past.
Consistency within diversity even with varied styles, our brand identity remained recognizable.
Constant interaction replies, likes, shares… we didn’t just post, we engaged.
